After-School Basketball Training Overview
Our after-school basketball training program focuses on skill development, game fundamentals, and athletic conditioning. Players will learn essential techniques such as dribbling, shooting, passing, and defense while also improving their basketball IQ through game strategy and teamwork exercises. The program emphasizes discipline, sportsmanship, and work ethic, helping young athletes build confidence both on and off the court. Training sessions include drills, scrimmages, and strength conditioning to enhance overall performance.
Developing dribbling techniques, control, and court vision.
Improving shooting mechanics, accuracy, and consistency.
Learning proper stance, footwork, and defensive positioning.
Mastering passing, rebounding, and movement without the ball.
Understanding offensive and defensive plays, decision-making, and teamwork.
Enhancing footwork, positioning, and scoring techniques in the post.
